Recipe for Traditional Spanish Style Garlic Prawns (for two):
300 grams of peeled shrimp
10 cloves garlic peeled and sliced
1 or 2 dried chili pepper
8 tablespoons olive oil
chopped parsley (optional)
Heat the oil in a saucepan or skillet . Add the sliced chilli pepper.
Add the garlic to the pan.
When the garlic begins to change color add the prawns and a pinch of salt, cook until the prawns change color (no more than a couple of minutes).
Remove from the heat serve immediately in a warm ceramic casserole with lots of crusty bread for dipping in the oil. Heaven on a plate!
