Rojales Moors And Christians Fiesta 2019!

Not sure what to do this weekend? Don't miss out on this weekend´s festivities in the Town of Rojales. The Fiesta is already in full swing and culminates this weekend. The fiesta is held every year to coincide with the Patron Saint, San Pedro Apostol. The party continues until late at night with lively dances, battles of gunpowder and charangas.

FRIDAY 5 JULY

• 22:30 - CHARANGA (Summer Carnival Parade) with the participation of all the Moors and Christians Associations. Moors: Bereberes, Tuareg, Benakíes & Almohades (Sultans). Christians: Guerreros del Cid, Piratas & Contrabandistas.
• Once the parade is over, dancing!

SATURDAY 6 JULY

• 20:00 - Parade of the Bands.
• 21:00 - Grand Parade of Moors and Christians. Moors: Bereberes, Tuareg, Benakíes & Almohades (Sultans). Christians: Guerreros del Cid, Piratas & Contrabandistas.
• Once the parade is over, dancing!

SUNDAY 7 JULY

• 12:00 noon - In the Rodeo Caves, arts & crafts meeting, concerts, exhibitions and workshops.
• 21:00 - Grand Parade of Moors and Christians. Moors: Bereberes, Tuareg, Benakíes & Almohades (Sultans). Christians: Guerreros del Cid, Piratas & Contrabandistas. The floats of the Queens of Fiestas will close the parade.
• Following this, dancing!
