This is quite simply the quickest and easiest way to make great tasting Alioli using a stick blender and jug
Crush 2 Cloves of Garlic into a blender jug
Add 100mls full fat milk, 200mls of corn or sunflower oil and a pinch of salt
Blend for 30/ 45 seconds
Adjust the seasoning to taste
Chill before serving.
