The continued recovery of the Spanish Property market
The continued recovery of the Spanish Property market was confirmed this week as the figures for March sales were released with around a 17% increase on the same month last year and figures for 2015 were showing that 20% of buyers were foreign nationals.
The British buyers lead the way as just under 21% of the overall foreign buyers were Britons, with French at around 9% and Germans just over 7%.
